All the prices of our products are indicated in Euros (€) and correspond to the unit price including VAT and delivered to the address of your choice, but does not include shipping costs, which are specific to each order, and communicated by GIRAFFA depending on the volume of the order and the delivery area. The amount of shipping costs will be added to the total invoice.
2.2. Payment Methods
GIRAFFA offers a form of payment: Credit card.
VISA or MASTERCARD credit card
- We guarantee that each of the transactions made in GIRAFFA is 100% secure. All operations that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. GIRAFFA uses a server based on standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All the information that you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.

- In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees regarding the security of the transaction.
- Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and GIRAFFA will take legal action against anyone who carries out a fraudulent transaction in our online store.

2.3. Delivery times and shipping methods

GIRAFFA reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company by which it is made, regardless of what is stated in these pages, and provided that it does not entail a manifest damage to the client.
Note: In no case will shipments be made to post office boxes.
Shipments that are returned to GIRAFFA by the courier company due to neglect of the client or incomplete or erroneous delivery address, will not be re-shipped until the client pays the shipping costs corresponding to a new shipment (not being able to benefit from again from free shipping costs if your order exceeds the minimum amounts required).
2.4. Shipping costs
In GIRAFFA the shipping costs vary depending on the destination of the shipment, the weight and the amount of the order and will be calculated and duly informed individually with each shipment.
In the event of a defective product, GIRAFFA must proceed, as appropriate, with the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. GIRAFFA responds to the lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of 14 days from delivery. The consumer and user must inform GIRAFFA of the lack of conformity within 14 days of becoming aware of it.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to exercise your right of withdrawal. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). If you want to make a return, first check that you meet all the following requirements, before sending us the product: we will only accept returns when the product is returned in its original packaging, perfect conditions and the good condition and operation of the same has been verified. If the product is not returned in the same original packaging as the product, or is open, the return will not be accepted.

Without this authorization, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to its origin. Only if the return is the result of an error in the preparation of the order by our online sales service, all shipping costs are paid by GIRAFFA. In this case, it is essential that you contact our customer service to fix the details of the return.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and we verify that all the above conditions are met, GIRAFFA will accept the exchange of the product and the requested product will be shipped. If the amount for the change difference is greater, it will be sent according to the payment systems accepted in these conditions. In the event that the price difference of both items is in favor of the customer, the amount will be returned by bank transfer to the indicated account or to the card with which the payment was made.
